12 one-hour yoga sessions via video call, either weekly over 12 weeks or bi-weekly over six weeks. You’ll receive individualised guidance and support with a focus on the aspects of yoga that are of the most interest and relevance to you.
Sessions may include physical postures and alignment, breathing, meditation, relaxation, yoga philosophy and Ayurveda, and will guide you to deepen your practice in a way that suits you and your life.
